DID YOU KNOW THAT THE LILY IS THE FLOWER OF DEATH?
LAURA JOLIE didn't; not until she began receiving them daily. Five a day, everyday, Laura began feeling a little bit frightened at the strange notes that accompanied them. 'I'll come for you soon' and 'You are my obsession' were only a few of the love notes that were left sitting on her windowsill. At first, Laura thought it was a sick joke-- Vehemently, she warned her friends and classmates to back off. But when the notes continued to come (always accompanied with five wilted lilies), with growing obsession displayed in each, Laura began to wonder if her fear was justified.
A YEAR after she had received the first note, Laura vanished. Gone. All that was left was five wilted lilies lying on her windowsill, with a note that read, "She is mine now". The police and community searched for days which turned into weeks, weeks which turned into months. After five months of searching, hope was beginning to fade. It was ascertained that Laura had been kidnapped by a stalker, and she was most likely dead.
NOW ONLY a few months later, more girls (and even some men) are receiving similar love notes, always accompanied by five wilted lilies. Terrified, they can only go to each other for comfort. You never know who might just have
FIVE WILTED LILIES
hidden in their pocket for you...to be next.[/align]
